There’s something special about things made by hand and infused by the maker’s spirit. Discount shops from China are multiplying, offering items at ridiculous prices, so one might think that artists and makers like myself are a dying breed. I don’t think so. All the things I make have my spirit in them, something you can not get from a factory, and that is the spirit of joy and love. Making the things gives me joy which is passed on to whoever receives what I make. That is something that money can’t buy.
Whenever possible I upcycle materials from thrift stores, yard or estate sales, found objects, and fabric scraps. This means that I don’t have a set “line” of products or artwork but that they vary as time and materials permit. So take a look and stop by again because new items will be regularly posted.
