Zen Doodling

In this playful, no-pressure class, you’ll discover the joy of Zen doodling — a relaxing, meditative art form that anyone can do. No artistic talent? No problem! This isn’t about making “good” art — it’s about letting go, getting in the flow, and letting your pen wander across the page in a wide range of patterns.

Zen doodling is a beautiful way to reduce stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your creative spirit — even if you think you don’t have one. Just show up with an open mind, and leave in a good mood with a sense of calm .

Weaving God’s Eyes

Join us for a meditative and creative workshop where we’ll explore the sacred art of making God’s Eyes, or Ojos de Dios—a traditional spiritual object woven with yarn and sticks, rooted in Indigenous practices from Mexico and the southwestern U.S.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn simple weaving techniques using colorful yarn and wooden dowels or sticks to create your own vibrant God’s Eye. Whether you’re new to crafting or experienced with fiber arts, this process is soothing, beginner-friendly, and deeply rewarding.

We’ll also take time to set personal intentions and reflect on the symbolic nature of this craft—often used as a prayer, a blessing, or a protection charm. All materials will be provided, and you’ll leave with a piece to hang in your home or gift with love.

Mandala Making

A mandala is a geometric design or pattern, often circular, that represents the cosmos or deities in various spiritual traditions, particularly in Hinduism and Buddhism. It’s used as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing sacred space, and as an aid to meditation.

In this relaxing and meditative class, we’ll explore the art of mandala creation using markers on smooth wooden circles. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and creativity. You’ll learn simple techniques to build beautiful, symmetrical patterns while enjoying a calm, supportive atmosphere. Each participant leaves with a unique mandala to take home and the inspiration to keep creating. Stencils and other pattern tools will be available.
